I had about 8oz of shake left so 25 g of protein and decided to just dump it in with the milk.

Face pulls single handles 3x15-12.5 with drop set last one shot was pumps
 
On day six of adding yk11 in and maybe it’s mental but I swear I feel like I’m tighter. My shoulders till feel pumped from yesterday. I wish there was actually more research into the myostatin inhibitor properties. Joints are feeling good which I remember last time they seems a bit sore after the first week till the last week of taking it
