430 on bar think only 5 today then do some static golds with 500 I’ve dropped down to 280 and with wel off I feel a tad bit weaker change in. Plans putting on 460 to see if I can do one or two cimfortable reps hit two had a third but I need to get the anti slide pads for bench

Leg day1 dead’s front squats then closed leg vsquat a leg curls leg extensions should be a good pump today
 
645 for set of 3 not taking olys off figure if I just go barefoot on maxes it will surprise me ahhaha or one and died a quick death after HahHa. Goal for next go round of sets of three also don’t feel I rest properly between heavy sets sometimes

Ok leg day

Dead’s heavy 3’s -585,605,635,645(1),585
From squats 8-225 still just working getting the rack position
Front facing vsquat 8-5pps 1/4 for3 sets
Seated leg curl 15-190 200x3 with partials last set
Leg ext 15-230x3 with partials last set
Hobbled to rear delts to just get pump th ere cuase im getting lean enough to see separation on arms and what not
 
Ever tried crossing your arms for front squats and letting the bar rest on front delts?

Yeah but I want to do olys so I need to work on the flexibility and what not in wrist and shoulders. Also can’t hurt for health
 
Missed back workout for hip thrust yesterday so will either go back and shoulder today or Saturday. Depending on what night I’m going out bachelor style with buddy
