4x3 bench- 405,415,424,435
3x10 wide hammer- four plates
3x10 db shoulder press-95’s have no choice out to add reps instead of weight as next one up is 110
3x12 decline hammer- 3 plates, 3 1/4 3 1/4
3x12 crab pose- 37.5 cable weigh
4x12 lateral raise- 25,30,35,35 then surf the rack down to no weights till failure
3x12 incline db flys- 45
 
Pinned .5mg of mtren for dead lifts back and legs mixed. I feel like this is good enough for now Also used same delt that got pip last week wanted to give it another shot pun intended
 
Could be it was only 1/4 of ml compared to 1 mo but also it felt better going in
 
I should not all I have eaten today was protein bar and protein shake so lifts may be a little lower than normal even with mtren. Running on very little sleep took advantage of two days off in a row. And friends being off for labor karlie last night

Tbar wife rows- 3 plates for 8 normally do 3 and quarter
Hammer iso dy iso row 3 plates for 12 reps 4 sets
Rear delt shrug thing I saw In Jon meadows video 35 pound db super set with curls
Then front c squat four plates for sets of eight

Be careful when you mix the hcg. It has a strong vacuum in the vial. The water will fly out of the syringe and make it all foamy. That stuff is really sensitive and will lose its effectiveness if it gets shaken up. I hold on to the plunger and let it drip in slowly. And don’t shake the vial. It’ll dissolve on its own after a few hours.

Tricep pushdowns with squishy grips 4x12- 42.5 pounds
Incline hammer curls 4x8 50 pound db
Overhead Tri extension rope 3x10- 62.5
Iso preacher curls 40 pounds3x12
If used with dips to failure 3sets
