They figured they could sell smaller packages at same price and people notice that less than same size package at higher price. Like I just notice honey bun in vending machine is 1.6 oz smaller which is a third of the size and same price
They didn’t fool my hungry ass lol I noticed about 8yrs ago they started to shrink items but not change the package I realized because the weight on a bag of vegetables and then started looking at other things and seeing it happen more often since covid also even at restaurants they shrank the portions and raised their prices wtf I end up paying 30$ for a pizza nowadays smh
Ok going to do vertical pressing for first time since I maxed on incline and felt soreness in shoulder. Going to stay in the 12-15 rep range with db to make sure everything is comfortable. If I could do flat bench no pain I’m pretty sure this will go well also will be third time hitting side delts I feel they are t frowning like they should so adding volume
My 2 cents…if you’re shooting for a pl meet than all that is assistant and supplement stuff for the bench. Mid to high reps with moderate to heavyish weight won’t hurt.
It just to add size. Strength will come
Quick when I after summer in ment run also will do more specialize training when ever I find a meet to do and gear up for it
