So with trying to incorporate strapless dead’s more shouldnhit top set with straps then go down in weight for strapless or do strapless till grips an issue the. Strap up for last sets. I was going to work up to top set then take a weight off but I’m thinking if I just do warms ups with no straps till I can’t hold it that I ta basically going to get the same effect brut with fresh legs for that set and it won’t burn out my top set with straps
