So with trying to incorporate strapless dead’s more shouldnhit top set with straps then go down in weight for strapless or do strapless till grips an issue the. Strap up for last sets. I was going to work up to top set then take a weight off but I’m thinking if I just do warms ups with no straps till I can’t hold it that I ta basically going to get the same effect brut with fresh legs for that set and it won’t burn out my top set with straps
 
Have you ever looked at one of your pics as it relates to that oversized doorway behind you?
 
Not a loaded question. Gunsmoke the old western series had matt dillon the Marshall was a very big man. One of the episodes a bad guy was looking for him and was describing him…big guy…yes…fills up a doorway…yep.

Much more than is reciprocated but she growing on me now if work brings in another tiny black chick I will have to look at it as gods will for me to try and bang one. Cause everybody said they never hired younger women like this before

Shorter workout but did of lot of dead’s leading up to working set just figuring out best hand placement for over under
 
I’m stronger with right under feels natural and I have to grip a bit wider so I do feel lats involved more but I’m sure by end of this for one rep I will get 700 no problem without straps. Will still train both to keep from imbalances but in comp i already know fo to
