Smash 500 for 5 never done that before so 520 on board I feel the bar creeping up back during sets from low bar to high bar I can get my hands wide enough to keep in position comfortably
 
Fucking forearms are my limiting factor with squats hahah. Good thing in meat I only have to do one rep at a time I think I can get the squat to 630 by then cauae 520 for 5 felt great. I’m bracing much better than I was. If I can just make these weeks no injuries a stick to plan I will do big things
 
I think if I had no covid or other issue I would have gotten to 700 on squat I believe in my self to put up gains quickly that makes no sense to others I mean if I put 25 on my lift every 4 weeks it would have been close. When I hit doubles 515 was what I got barely so I think gym 635 in two weeks is doable. That would be about 600 at comp
