My meet day bench press always felt light… my squats always felt very heavy. Made my squat goals and missed my bench press mark.

Deadlifts can just suck big monkey balls…
 
Did 405 for pause of 3 sets of 5 then forearms felt shitty so tried jms and ended up talking to trainer so that’s pretty much going to happen after she sores her show in18 days. Then back heavy tbar and single arm lay pull down.
 
I’m 299 in this pic with food in me. Actually feel like I’m losing fat
