Watching hip thrust video from rp and I want to try machine also with being 10 days no touch this video is doing it for me haha
 
Was gojg to move training to tomorrow but so awake now will knock it out today and rest Saturday
And Sunday maybe sleep 10 hours before work those day
 
So comp bench sets of 5 worked yo to 440 right pec felt tight so shut it down
