Dirts 2g of test test log

I had a vial of Godzilla piss. I loved it. I only got really agitated if someone fucked up my schedule getting to the gym after I took it. But if I made it to the Gym I was on top of the world. Don’t know how I’d like feeling that edgy all the time when things don’t go my way.

I usually do look around but reAlize no spot is better than a guy pulling the weight back on to my face when trying to help
 
Well if they can’t pull the workout up and they try and pull it where do you think it’s good to go. Better to fail and take it down to cheat then have person pull it back

Woke up and my lower back was killing me Tk the point of was t even worried bout dead’s this morning but just making. It through work. Thought maybe from uppin estrogen cause I also had headache and it could be sides. But I’ve since had two meals with fluids and it seems

With dehydration. I’ve been intaking more caffiene than normal so less just regualr water. Guess I’ll have to Be more aware with cooler weather of

Big guy for sure…weigh in with just skivies… 1 or 2 pounds could make the difference in the wilkes formula for overall performance/lifter
 
Fucking got 700 half way up and then my shoulders and elbows stared to hurt something fierce. Need movbiltiy work this off-season can just feel I’m too tight in chest and shoulders and it’s hurting all my lifts. I’m starting the stretches and what not now but don’t expect to see to much difference.
 
Half joking. Sounds like dirt mentality 😂😂😂.

When the last time you took a deload. Like complete rest for muscles and soft tissue no lifting.
