I need more. Feels good on back got out of hole quick then just struggled. Not sure I’m pushing with legs correctly cause I swear I never feel anything in legs when I max lie they don’t feel like they worked.
A que that I was given for squats was to lift my big toes. That helped me sit back…activate posterior chain…and for me it helped transfer the push like trying to push ground away from me. I started it with mid loads in training and it became second nature where I wouldn’t have to actually lift my toes but I would sit back farther and tap into glutes hams for a better squat.
You’re getting close to the platform so be careful changing anything up.
Yep If I concentrate on it I can feel the push but I may just be I’m just focused on getting the worthy it doesn’t click my quads are good now after a few sets of heavy doubles and leg press
