Incline hammer machine 3x12-3pps,added25s,3pps got 15
Fly machine 3x12-260x2 260/240 for last set had to go down to get 4 reps
Lat raise 4x15/12-60/10 superset of heavy lower then light weight upper kills them
Dip pad pres down 3x15-160
