Back up to 300 today I think the 290 was do to hair stuck under one of the feet of scale. But I wil say a lot of this is water weight from hgh at 8 ius so my day for seeing weight loss will be Sunday. Hitting arms later
 
Dropping weight a lot on jms cause I feel form wasn’t right also back to bb with them feel the carry over will be better for pl if just building muscle back to sm but I’m getting back towards my pl goals again
 
Ok arm day
Bb jm press 4x8-225x2, 275, 225. Will slowly build up good form with 225 then pump it every two weeks to make sure tendons aren’t over worked and see if I can do

Seated dips 3x12-279 I sit backwards use seatbelt and grab the piece behind handles to get hands behind body for the right angle
Cross body hammers 4x8-60

Well half the shifts keep catching the vid so we f the company that owns us makes a product for immune system it just makes sense to hand it out and try get people better
 
Juat want to say when starting any type of weight loss phase always remember all the new variables. I’m heavier today than Sunday by about 6 pounds. My belly is getting looser but I’m heavier. Well I’m doing 5 days on w off hgh at 8ius so the water retention is fucking legit. Why for this phase I’m weighing on Sunday for my progress. See
