295 today not the result I wanted. So no cake for me
Today. Clen starts tomorrow at medium dose. I don’t look to bad. But I want it to be 280. I guess I can carry over weight loss to next month if need be cause 15 in two weeks isn’t rout I’m trying to got. But I do want 290 next Sunday
Feels heavy today but I wan to get back
To the morning routine at least while on clen cauae I know I won’t be sleeping well. I found the pre work sessions worked when I wasn’t having caffeine at work
With cutting out most augar and caffeine at night i May move training back to early evenings again aroun 4:30. I just feel so much more tired at end of night. Like all I want to do is shower and sleep. The Onlh thing that sucks is gym is much busier.
