Woke up this morning and I got myself some abs

285 goign to uo cals this week but also add back clen to hopefully add muscle abs keep fat at. Bay
 
2 weeks ok to the 2g of test and the only negative is I don’t have a sexual partner. I mean I have one if I want it but that’s not a path I’m walking back down
 
455 went up pretty easy for five my days knows kind of feel achy may skip designated arm day this week just do chest legs shoulder back. Give them a bit of rest since I didn’t really deload.
 
Did I mention. I’ve added 2g on f taurine to supplementation. Anything to add to prevent back pumps and help neurons on tren
 
Bench 2x5-455,465
Hammer inclined 3x8 4ppsx2,added 10
Machine fly3x12- 220 250 270 tried full stack got 8
Ss lat raise 3x20-60/10 going to bump bottom weight soon
Hammer decline machine 3x12-80
Dip pad push down 3x12-170

I thought of doing clen to shed more fat these
Two weeks but I chose to finish off some sd instead just add muscle and instead of lose fat haha. 20mg for two weeks and I’ll be done with the stuff I think it’s geneza
 
I honestly won’t be surprised if I hit 5 plates for triple next week on bench. Shit was flying off chest but my triceps felt like they need some rest
 
Thanks my body is responding well to the high test. Can’t wait to see what the tren and dhb combo do I’m hoping to pop this summer hope to be 300 by end of cycle and stay at same

So since im not going up for parade I may do baord cincy trip week before deload. Would get to deadlift I. Actually power lift gym maybe even save my bench max for then to see what I can do on proper equipment
 
Just had a ham cheese from canteen after chicken and rice it said 325 calories. That damn thing was about 1/2 so I doubt that ti be true
