So I think I’m going to slightly yo calorie intake I’m fuckig starving on 5000 a day. At least work days. I literally feel sick about 2 hours after eating then once I eat I’m fine. Muscles need fuel to grow and I’m not going to his tgem back. Maybe 200 cals the first two meals at work and leave last meal the same

I weathered the first night. We finished a bit early but also started at 5 plus I get drive time so still 12 hours total pay. Am over tied now see if I can fall asleep

Get paid lunch I take a blur 3 40 minute breaks while here so it’s not bad at my job. I can time uo breaks with mix steps or heating it makes the night go quickly. Can feel the test kicking. Im struggling to jot constantly hit on the only decent chick here at work.
 
Yeah we have backs and fourths and I don’t censor hear at work. Hell ky boss just laughs at half the shit that comes out of my mouth
 
So I slept five hours then had to wake up cause appliance guy coming to look at dryer. Not tired so took two Benadryl and ate a big breakfast hopefully I get another two hours in rn so I have time to work out before I pick up my girls from achool

Today
 
Well making wings pwo then gym I guess can’t not go when your belt arrives sleep be damned I got three days of no work coming I can get it then
 
Couldn’t fall back asleep cept for maybe half hour and just rolling around in bed for four hours to get that half hour nap dammit. Picked up daughter from school wanted to hit gym then she needed my phone to get notes from her friend so by the time it was all done I think I got 35 minutes gym time. Did total of six different exercises 18 sets in all.
 
That’s booking I’m finish shoulders actually done mind doing day after arms as my triceps can’t take over l presses

Ohp 2x8-225
seated bent raises 3x30-20 these woke up rear delts
Cable lateral raises 3x20-12.5
Machine rear delt 3x20-70
Machine shoulder press 3x13-150 I’ve maxed it out so juat add reps going forward
Wide grip high pulls 3x8-115
