Dirts 2g of test test log

First day not facing mirror this will take some getting used to don’t feel comfortable with inrack after that I’m all good
 
No abs doubt they will at meet. F so I’ll still do walk out cause part of cues
 
I should add I didn’t squat last week and last time I squared was 485 for trips. So I think my strength is going to go up pretty well when I’m regualr rly getting at it. See no reason I can’t add 50-70 pounds by meet. This won’t be what it could have been but it will be better than nothing. If I can get 1800 total great. I will get 1900 next and eventually get that 2000 club
 
So I was doing pre bed and post wo 2ius of hgh with those both coinciding I may try 4 iu at once and see it helps sleep and recovery

Max on squat 580 this was pr and for how shitty I have been with consistency I’m happy with it.
Sldl3x6-425 these felt great weight is flying off floor.
Life fitness leg press which is kind of hack ish 3x8- all the weight didn’t look to see amount. Just know it was all of it.

500 flew off chest but now my arms in pain liek they are growing so I stopped there I think I might just go to Monday Wednesday Friday routine recovery just doesn’t feel like it’s there. Especially with work. Don’t want injury at this point. I can’t have more go wrong I my life right now
