Not today maybe Wednesday I’ll be out of gym thusday to tuesdag was goig ti try and visit elite fts on Friday but time isn’t there and I never emailed haha

I went very close to there a couple of months ago. Would of been cool to stop and see the mega gym.

May hit arms today since I’m not tailgating all day long time to game time
 
Trying to do back but I guess I did get some damage in wreck lower back is not feeling today
 
Usually always shows up. You most likely tensed way up past anything you could purposely do and didn’t realize it.
 
Bench was strong yesterday 385 for reps of 8 using the form they taught at meet. That’s a long time to stay tense in back and buttocks aha
 
Ok yesterday
Squats 2x8-415 felt strong for first time under bar in 5 weeks plus high bar and first time
Over 5 reps in 7 months haha

Back all the row and narrow grip mag feeling it since I can’t do lower intensity I’m doing less sets and will add volume over tiem
