Back to smith for jms feel better isolation and with not worried about the stabilizers it’s probably going to blow me the fick you haha
 
Ot sure if it’s the igf 1 but I’ve been super hot the past couple days like I feel like I’m on clen hot and I’m trying to do this weight loss no clen
 
Only day three and I’m in decent sized deficit to get this guy off. Maybe too big but I wanted to get this first tan off i added real quick. I have a feeling it will fall in the couldn’t tell how much it helped category haha

Sm jm press 3x8-290. Can really focus on form and get deeper mentally cause not was worried about dropping on face. If one movement needs a spot it’s this on regualr bar

Went to shape that beard today and my razor brok and took chunk out of my beard so it’s down to same length all over shirt agian look much better

550 on dead’s felt easier than 500 two weeks ago wil l probably do 585 two weeks from now. Afterwards all the rows with sprinkles of pull downs
 
Back down to pre weekend booze fest weight today will only drink Saturday this weekend and not start till kick off at 4. Also update on igf I think it’s doing something I have a sore heal much quicker than usual and I just felt pump in bicep from stretching.
