20 minutes in here 30 minutes running mouth at gym
 
Went up decently easy May in jump 10 pounds next week and go for 525 we shall see how 395 pops for single and go fro there next week

My god the hunger since starting tren is through the roof. And I just downed like 2000 cals I think it’s time

No dead’s next week I technically never deloaded dead’s and I feel like I’m going backward
 
390 on smith shoulders for sets fo five. Unraxked that shit and almost felt like I was going to pass out still hit y reps. Added regualr jms back in and hit 405 for decently easy triple. Coming to the end of the the bb movements in my program

Got a confession I’ve been inhaling that white even though I know it does me wrong. White cheddar popcorn something in there just clogs me up. I know I just give the rest to my dog when I get home but I’ll probably eat and then hate myself for doing it
