Yeah he learned a lot had a good time. I told him if you’re going to miss a sqaut the smart th ing to do is at least get depth, I know, and then miss out the hole. They will lift weight uo for you and you save energy haha
Fucking bench barely got 525 for double today elbows not feeling good will drop out the Saturday curl session do it need it for powerlifting. It’s time to take out anything hindering recovery for the big three. If it isn’t helping just hurting it’s out of program. Technically Saturday was in program just bored lifting
I have zero energy at work as well it’s possible the antibiotics for eye maybe culprit if I sleep well tonight il know something is up. Cauae while sleep hasn’t been horrible this tren run iv e noticed a slight decline
Just going to skip the gym today eye hasn’t shrunk and is just constantly producing puss so why put any more pressure on it than need be will just get extra rest and if better tomorrow can do light back day then
