Guess I’ll lay down before I drive to atl. Arms feel better. I think at my age three weeks of progressing weight is about as much as I can do before inneed break. Why 531 worked so well for me this is first prep with coach so we both learning if he was there he would have said to just hit light weights today but I was there and I said go for it
I read that getting hit in the chest at the exact right moment(talking milliseconds) can stop the heart. That was from the cardiologist that is treating Hamlin.
So I hate just doing cardio I’m trying not to do it ven light weights as i with the heavier workload after shit down I’m just trying to give joints and tendons as much a break as possible
I may jynxed workload one. Of our machines broke and we only have one thing we eod so when one breaks it’s everything down. Went from light day today but possible Saturday to who the fuck knows and we have time limit on when we can use raws so not great start to year at work
So mentally I’m not doing well this deload. Ohyscially I guess I’m feeling better. 12 hour shift tonight I’m hoping they just do back to back 12’s and we get Saturday off.
