Sent message to coach about switching up program a bit with Mondays back on the table for training. Maybe do lower upper rest lower upper with squats moved to Monday and dead’s Thursday. If I’m. Gojg to do it coming off Deload would work best if not we may just move dead’s up to Monday and squats Thursday and then press days on Tuesday Friday or no change I’ve like being super fresh for dead’s on Tuesday and the rest to Friday has been adequate for squats. The chest focus press then shoulder work on bball to bakc days hasn’t been bad to me either
