Max deads 735 failed at pictured 745 this was with straps though as the bars are just so slippery and I would rather fail on grip on meet than from not training as heavy as possible.

Lat pull down 3x8-260 last set only got 6 as soon as I can do three sets of 8 will try and do 9 reps as it’s as high as cables go

My endirance has any as bad as I thought it would be. Deload so just did combine bench 225 for 45
 
Almost record. Not bad for not training endurance. I also don’t have that quick short rep all mine are full sole lockouts haha
 
My best was in charity event. Bw for as many reps. I was 220 but had them put 225 on bar beings i was the oldest by every bit of 15 years more in most cases. I got 23 full reps.

Power but that power is just energy it self. It’s not really like a power that has a plan but it’s always there and always will be there. What kills me is it’s not like the people are practicing their faith but they still think it’s the worst thing to not believe. Juat hedging bets I guess

Ok so I did
squats 3x6 -415
Single leg side leg press 2x8 -130. These seem liek they would be good for sweep
Light rdls 3x8-225 hook grip. Going to incorporate that into kor movements to start and see if I can eventually switch to hook for dead’s
