No fancy bells and whistles today. A rest day dedicated to sleep. And sleep was got. Still not as much as I would like but it was much better. Have decided to take the weekend off my night shift schedule and see if I can get better sleep on a normal sleep time.

Missed posting Friday night because I fell asleep pretty early. Was a full rest day with only 9k steps. Sleeping at night netted me some deeper sleep so felt pretty rested when I woke up this morning. Will be sleeping again tonight and switching back to my night schedule on Sunday. Taking a rest day meant I got to be home for the mail and got this beautiful package, thanks @US-pharmacies for the secure packaging and fast shipping!
Since I felt rested I went ahead and hit a little push day this morning. Felt pretty solid. Everything moved nicely and joints felt good. Still pushing weight up little by little or rep by rep.

Back to the grind and the usual schedule. Logs will come out on time now that I’m back to the night shift swing. Pretty decent sleep this weekend so I’ll take the trade off. Hope to continue the better sleep habits as I re-adjust back to nights.
Hit a solid leg day on Sunday, weight moved nicely and I pushed hard. Had to make sure I got in a little extra punishment to make up for what I was going to eat during the Rams/Bears play off game. RAMS HOUSE BABY. You know you hit legs good and hard when they feel uncomfortable the moment you leave the gym.
