-Hack squat @3 plates a side x2 8-12 immediately into split squats on the hack @35lbs a side x2
-Adductors @200lbs x4 15-20
-RDL on belt squat @2plates and 1/4 a side x2 8-12
-Standing calf @350lbs x4 8-12
