Squat bar defintely helps my gym has a really nice 55lb bar that doesn’t too bend much even at 650lb, unlike some normal bars. Less whip too, it should help ya bit
Good job on the squat at 620, hit it, and move on to bigger weight later on.
Oh it will happen I’m thinking by end of year 600 bench 700 on squat and hopefully 800 on dead’s now those won’t be comp numbers but gym

Third shot today still no pip. But the dhb is cut with test and tren haha. All packed up and ready to go. I got chicken breast to eat cold on the road. Weighed 285 this morning. I’m going wrong direction there. So once I’m back from vacation it will much more food in my mouth.
Yeah it is. But it’s funny being clean stuff seems like it light now. I’m not going to think of where I’d be if I didn’t use cause can’t change it and I’m happy to making the gains I am now
Tody is recovery from being at bar yesterday. Didn’t stink too much but I’m slightly dehydrated I’m going to visit my old coworkers check into air bnb do happy hour 1-2 drinks. Then bed early for my dead’s singles tomorrow. Need to get my day vm pass for gym
Also fourth shot I’ve done flutes and ventro flutes so far no issues so either the dhb isn’t good or pip is overstated with it. I’ve had good luck so far with Dragon so im going to guess pip is overstated I don’t really get ever anyways
