I naturally am lucky in the regard it’s easy to pack on muscle but also easy to gain fat. I already have tree trunk muscular thighs and calves but covid in Florida had one of the longest lockdowns so I got the belly pudge and lost my arm muscle. I have every intention of being as muscular as I can get without looking like a female body builder. So, visible muscle mass is a huge yes for me, just not overdone. My mother is actually an ex body builder (in the 80s) and she was incredibly ripped. Im really excited to finally find a community I can learn from and work with towards what I want. Actually this is peak happiness for me in the last 2 pandemic years haha!!

Not sure rules on double posting so sorry if it’s not allowed btw!

My current diet involves loads of coffee and tea and fasting with small protein based meals. I live on the coast so my protein is generally pescatarian if that helps at all. Sugar intake is minimal/negligible as I lack a sweet tooth and don’t eat bread often at all.

Do you train at all? Weights, run, jog, walk, calisthenics?

I would suggest that you literally track every morsel you stuff in your cake hole. That’ll give you an idea of what you’re actually ingesting…at least track carbs protein fat sugar sodium.
