Dragging ass during calorie deficit

Hey fellas anyone have any good tips or tricks to combat fatigue and lethargy during prep/cut. I’m only in deficit of about 800Kal , generally around 3100kal for the day but man this fatigue is kicking my ass. I’ll start of the day ok, gym, work, but around 3pm at work I literally need to go sit and close my eyes for 10 mins to regain a little energy. Also I like to mention I cycle my carb intakes and on higher carb days I feel a little better.

Nothing like a cup of Death Wish coffee and chewing some nicotine gum lol. That combo will wake you up quick but comes at a price of some rapid heart beat and sometimes not being able to fall asleep when you want to.
 
I stand behind my fellow veterans but I’ve ordered from them 3 times which was 2 too many. Horrible customer service and shipping times. Not what I expected from a veteran owned and operated company. I’ll stick to Death Wish. Also if you want more than just strong coffee their Valhalla Java is amazing
 
That sucks man, thanks for the heads up. I’m the same way in supporting fellow vets, but sometimes you just have to pass if there not correct on there end.
 
Now to be fair I will add that the last time I ordered was about 2 years ago. Because of the issues I had, I never ordered from them again. They may have gotten their shit together by now but I can’t vouch for that.
