Hey fellas anyone have any good tips or tricks to combat fatigue and lethargy during prep/cut. I’m only in deficit of about 800Kal , generally around 3100kal for the day but man this fatigue is kicking my ass. I’ll start of the day ok, gym, work, but around 3pm at work I literally need to go sit and close my eyes for 10 mins to regain a little energy. Also I like to mention I cycle my carb intakes and on higher carb days I feel a little better.
