I only did fasted cardio upon waking if I had a bodybuilding contest coming up. I always did cardio after my evening weight lifting though, and had a whey/oat shake immediately after weight lifting before getting on the treadmill or bike. I lived on mostly shakes every 2 hours and didn’t skip them. Twice a day cardio with fasted in the morning was best to drop body fat quickly.
I have not seen a big difference but getting ready for contest. , I have to split it up. Training then cardio later or vice versa. I really like doing a bodypart one workout and then cardio, CALVES ABS. Or if I feel i missed something.
