Scrambled with alot of cheese black pepper, just for the base. Then I dump the rest of whatever I can find in the fridge. Black pepper is supposed to affect the mitochondria in away that aids in uptake of nutrients
Looks good, I tried real hard to pick my favorite way, and I can’t, I will eat them all day, any different way, but my go to ways are based on laziness, so raw in a shake or scrambled
Scrambled, over easy, poached, eggs Benedict, omelette’s, raw in a glass or in a shake, in a cake, in cookies and banana bread. I can eat eggs all day, any way!
