Today made salmon patties for breakfast. Wanted something different for once. Training will be minimal unless I get motivated. Have three months of dog shot to pick up as now it’s not frozen to the ground and covered in snow. That’ll consume a couple hours.

Ima need y’all to stop talking about this good food and teasing me. I’m getting fatter just thinking about it 🤣 hit arms earlier. Had 3 whole eggs, and some pulled pork I put in the crockpot last night.
 
I’ve just had 2 protein/oat shakes today but I might grab a cheat meal tonight. Last cheat meal was 8 days ago. Feeling down today. The last pizza gave me great muscle gullness and pumps while training. The only negative is my blood pressure shot up and took 6 days to come down to a decent range. Right now after 8 days without a cheat meal it’s 136/86 which is great for me. After my cheat meal last week it was 166/106 the following morning. I’ve had real high bp for 25 years. No meds brought it down and I tried a dozen types. The only way to get it to truly god numbers is to stop using roids, lose weight, and still eat like a precontest bodybuilder. But fuck that! I went natural for 9 months and was so unhappy I’d rather die.
So tonight I may have a medium pepperoni pizza, Doritos, and Linder chocolate truffles.
 
Not sure what I’m eating outside of regual meals. My throat is swollen from getting sleep and breAthing through mouth
 
I started gear a week before I turned 27 and only stopped two times in 26 1/2 years, once for 5 months and once for 9 1/2 months. My doses have ranged from 350mg a week to 6,500mg a week. Currently taking around 300mg test prop, 300mg NPP, 150mg masteron enanthate, and 230mg tbol, weekly total but pretty much daily shots.

350mg total a week maintains me but I sure like close to a gram a week better for results. It just makes things more fun. 😀 Anything higher and it’s just too much at my ripe old age.
