Feb 9th diets and training

Today I’m going to go to the gym far from home because it’s new and has smooth equipment. It’s a 56 mile round trip drive. I don’t mind because the drive relaxes me. I’m going to alternate chest and back exercises. I wish I could do supersets but that’s impossible where I live. Way too many people regardless of the time of day. I’ll finish with calves and the treadmill to burn off last night’s pizza.
I took my tbol a half hour ago. Just letting it get in my system before I have my first protein/oat shake of the day. The cheat meal gave me a ton of energy which kept me from falling asleep until much later than usual so I didn’t get a ton of sleep but it’s all good. Hopefully the pump today is insane from all the carbs and fats I had last night. 🐷

I worked late last night, but wanted appreciate all the support from yesterday’s thread! Breakfast was veggie omelette and coffee! Not lifting today, I have my daughters b’day! Found my new gym yesterday, at the YMCA, I was completely surprised, its an old run down, hole in the wall kinda gym, totally tucked away in the back of the Y, absolutely loved it!
 
Starting new project today that is in an old hospital that got purchased from a bigger hospital. We have three weeks to upgrade all their data sites so it’ll be six of us working nights for 12 hours and six of us working days for 12 hours. I elected to take nights and have the wife work days so someone can be home all the time to keep an eye on son seeing he just had brain surgery. Next few weeks are gonna suck. Trying to stay asleep now but isn’t working so great no training today just have to get into a sleeping routine first. Diet is gonna be requiring some discipline on my part next few weeks

Ha ha that must suck worrying about having to burn off which you so thoroughly enjoy,I don’t have that problem,I eat a cheesesteak walk up a flight a stairs and its burned.

Ya. I’m 46 and have never ever worked anything other then first. An occasional second. But I always go to sleep at the same time every night and wake up at the same time everyday. The only time my schedule is different is if I am drinking which isn’t an issue anymore. So it is gonna be a very hard adjustment.

Took one of my sons oxy of ones yesterday to try and sleep during day and I slept for about three hours then felt like total shit after with a big ole headache. Those oxy suck. I don’t understand what is the big deal about them. They have the same affect on my son also. He has only taken two cause they make him feel like shit also.
 
Ya. I’ve never had any issues with pain meds but don’t want any either. No worries though it sucked. Like I said I don’t know why people make a big fuss over them
