40 yr old male, weighing in at roughly 190 lbs and around 15% bf. I have been on trt from my endo doc for the past 2 years. Dosages have been around 100 mg per week, and have been taking .5 mg of anastrozole once a week to keep estrogen in check. Blood work consistently has had my test at around 400-500 and e2 around 30. This helped me get into working out and I was able to go from around 230 lbs to 180 over the past 2 years, and working out has been the most consistent thing I have done in my life in this time. Diet is pretty locked in, and I track protein/carb/fat macros. Overall not completely satisfied with the results which has lead me here!
My end goal is to have a bit more muscle definition and loose the last little bit of fat on the stomach (DAMN YOU SWEETS!) getting to around 10-12% bf

- 500 mgs weekly of Test (E3D)
- .5 anastrozole (E3D)
- 10 mg Cilias (ED)
