It’s my first time posting on here and I’m trying to get it right so I would like some feedback from you guys, and I’m horrible at this my daughter is smarter than me, I would like to say hello to everyone. And I’m sure you are all sick of the coronavirus bullshit, I cant wait til my gym opens up. I’m finally cleared to start working out again. In 2008 i had a heart attack and suffer from congestive heart failure, but I’m not letting that stop me, I’ve played around since then and learned what to use, and how to keep the water retention down to where I’m not harming my chf, but recently since the virus I’ve become real fat!!! I’m sick of looking at myself. I’ve recently have used test,deca,and dbol. I have to study what I need to cut, I’m at the stage of fat slob , since the virus, I got the chris Jericho look,! And If your on this forum sorry dude! I guess I’m just saying hi and am I doing okay? I don’t want to overstep the rules!

Yeah I forgot I got on here awhile ago. I only got on a couple times and then was on brotherhood of pain, they had some troubles so I quit that one, like I said i am new to this forum stuff, I’m not the best at it, but I’m trying to be safer this time around , I have some heart trouble, but you only live once and I’d rather live feeling good than walking around like a zombie, they had me on so much blood pressure meds I was Always sleeping. But I’ve managed to cycle a couple times without harming myself , at first my doctor was against it but I told him I ain’t quitting forever, my heart healed itself, and I’m sure alot of the pros have the same problems, they just don’t post it, I need some help with the best cutting cycle if u know of the least harmful ones, I’m not sure of the rules on here, so let me know if im breaking any,?

Brother. Best cutting cycle for guys like you and me is lean meat, raw veggies, good carbs. Portioned to hit our goals for macros. No matter what compounds you take for cutting it is my understanding they only cut a couple percent of BF. So if your 25 percent bf you’ll get to 23 big deal. If your diet isn’t right cutting compounds won’t help at all anyway. When my bf is high I like test and maybe NPP and eat right and workout hard and build muscle.

This is a good formula for figuring out calorie intake. You need to know your BF then Google ffmi calculator to figure out your lean body mass. Your macros should be 20 percent carbs 40 percent fats (avoid saturated as much as possible) and 40 percent protein. Follow this and maybe take 10 or 20 percent off your calculated calories so you’ll be running a deficit without loosing muscle.
