Fitraver gains and goals 2017

Finished up back day and hitting some cardio.

2/2 - Back/Traps/Cardio (New Cut Routine)

Lat Pulldown Machine (Single Arm): warmup: 45(each arm)x15x2 … working: 115x12x4

Seated Row Machine (single arm): 115(each arm)x12 drop 70x12 for 3 sets

Reverse Grip Pulldowns: working: 180x12x4

Straight Arm Pulldowns: working: 100x12x4

Seated Machine Shrugs: 90(each arm)x15x4

Cardio: 20 minutes Uphill Walk (8%, 3.5)
 
Okay here are my final pics. I’m sitting at 213.6 in them as the scale shows, up almost 14 lbs from start of the contest. This transformation for me was different than most considering I was bulking. I made the goal to get to 215 and still have slightly visible abs. I reached that exact oak a few weeks ago, but the co test wasn’t over when I posted those. At that point I was still blasting. Now I have been cruising for 6 weeks so the gear has cleared out and I’m slightly softer. But still have slightly visible abs. I am super pumped to cut and truly show you guys what I can do. If any of you saw my before and after I’d my last cut you know I bring it. Tbh bulking has been a task and I’m ready to cut. Putting away 5000+ cals a day is not easy.
