Changed my training up , back to the original hypertrophy sets and reps. Finished the bulk/strength building. Hot damn, the soreness is a missed feeling . It’s fun to be somewhat strong but damn my joints were hurting. I will definitely not be chasing numbers for a long while, too much risk. But very happy to be sore , never really got sore on the bulk (probably due to the fact I was eating like a mad man and other variables) still natural btw . Gonna get some more blood work done before I go balls deep. Keeping you all posted .
