Trained legs today. Had a bagel and whites earlier. Protein shake with fruit now. Some left over steak with an egg over potatoes. Chicken and dumplings for dinner
Breakfast was scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, and sausage. Chocolate milk and peanut butter and jelly for a snack. Lunch was ham and Hawaiian sweet rolls. Peanut butter whey shake. No training today.
