Was just speaking to someone whose overweight and excuse was they had no time to prepare healthier foods. Thought about a simple thread on what people eat that’s fast to make.
This month I’m back on carnivore/no carb/extreme low carb. So today was easy.

- Scrambled eggs is usually my meal when I don’t want to bloat, need some fats for energy. Eat it anytime of day - 5 mins
- Boiled eggs are usually snacking - 10/12 mins
- Chicken thighs boiled in different spices vary - 30 mins.
- and one of my favorite post workouts is 200g steak tartare. - 1 min to unwrap the package
