I’d love to get some bison and elk but I’ve been sticking to the basics lately.
Chicken, beef, fish, sweet potato, brown rice, yogurt, milk, oats. It’s a small list but it’s simple and inexpensive. I did just get some more venison though
Its loaded with protein but also has alot of sodium from what I have heard and I already have a hard time staying hydrated so I don’t know if it would be good for me alot but I definitely want to give it a try
Bison is excellent source of protein and good fat. Want to limit how much fat you intake though it’s not the sodium. Sodium is good for us we need it. Just up
Your water intake when you consume more than normal amounts of water (pro tip lol). Also definitely cut out dairy such as milk and yogurts.
I have a hard time cutting out milk and greek yogurt. Just curious what the reasoning is behind it. It’s a good source of carbs, protein and fats for inbetween meals, or at least that’s what I’ve found for myself anyway.
Dairy puts a layer of fat on you. It’s good when you’re a baby but as adults milk should be cut out. We are only species that continues to drink milk after a certain age. Greek yogurt isn’t bad it has good bacteria in it we can use. I haven’t had it in years though I stay away fro dairy products except eggs
Well if you do your own thing why waste your
Money and your coaches time??? If my client doesn’t follow
What I lay out then they are wasting their money and my time.
