I miss these! Lol I had 4 eggs and 8 oz pork chops. Finally at 195lbs got up to 221 beginning of December when I started cutting. So I’m at my last ten pounds to drop gonna take a a break tho since I got a bit before summer and eat some real food and enjoy myself. Might be going to Tennessee in a week and have some bbq as well
 
I still have not.
Same grub as always for me.
Trained quads and mid delts
Quad workout was brutal
Rev band hack squat 4x12 with 4 sec eccentric into
Pendulum squat 4x12 3 sec eccentric into
Leg ext 4x20
Rest 2 min between sets

Poloqiun raise 4x 8 5 sec eccentric into
Cable side raise 4x12 3 sec eccentric into
Atlantis side raise machine 4x12
Rest 2 min between sets

I’ll have to throw up a video of this Atlantis machine it’s sick
 
I’ve had 75 grams of choc pb cheerios, 8 oz whole milk, 3 egg whites, 30 grams whey pre workout… post was 75 g sour dough, 1/2 tbsp butter, 2 oz ham, 3 slices Turkey bacon, 3 whole eggs, 2 slices Colby pepper Jack…
 
I did chest and shoulders before work tonight. Had a protein shake with a banana. Then 7.5 oz of chicken breast with 125grams of sweet potato. Just ate 6 oz of top round with cauliflower rice :sob:and bean sprouts.
 
Glad to hear it!!! You been busy chasing fish or something. Lol. I checkin myself once or twice a day since I started thirds. Has me all messed up.
 
Well all out ice is gone. But yeah tomorrow gonna hit a few rivers with some rooster tails,night crawlers,and my favorite Panther Martins.
 
Soon as ice out here perch start spawning and walleyes slowly start the up run. Can fish from shore anywhere. I like to hike up the trails and get away from all the people and garbage(cause outdoorsmens are so filthy nowadays). And find a nice place to fish with the eagles.
 
Yeah I pick trash all the time,I’m not even really mad at it anymore, it gives me the opportunity to put out good karma.
