Hahaha exactly. First time she watched me and my son clean fish she had this very puzzled look
On her face then she shoved us out of the way and yelled “Move outta the way you’ll be here until Monday”!!! Then she whipped through them

How thick is your ice

Just went and walked on the two lakes Ice fish,drilled a few holes and both have aroun 5 I’m good with that

When it gets thicker I will bring the wife n kid dad on build fire on the ice,make eggsandwhiches on the Coleman camping stove good times,and them if it gets even more thick and I’ll have my quad on,great times.

12 inches. Ya we take the truck out soon and tailgate on the ice. Be bringing grill and brats and lots of fun stay out all day long.

That’s great,we have another cold week comin up,I will try to get out with my dad this week sometime or next weekend.

I didn’t see shit except tree rats,my dad at the other end of property,didn’t see shit either,strange how the food options are limited,yet didn’t come into the corn,I only got 6 days left…

Haha. It’s hard to deal with a bear and get rid evidence quickly like a deer. I assume.

Normally they’re desperate once the food is scarce. Maybe tomorrow will be a better day.

This is my favorite spot to ice fish. Mostly
Just bluegill crappie and occasional perch. But super clean water no one else around and always catch a meal.

Today’s catch

Looks like fish fry Friday again. Lightly breaded cooked in low cholesterol oil. Probably make some rye toast and have a fish sandwhich
