This place has got to have the worst customer service. Response to emails (specifically potential orders) has a huge delay if responded to at all. Three potential orders over $300 now lost.
 
When I first inquired using gearchurch I was told to use an encrypted email. So I was just relaying that might be a reason for the delay.

I’ve always had great customer device with y’all.

Look someone posted some shit I tagged y’all so it could get taken care of. That’s all
 
Did you send encrypted email? I’ve used them a couple times no issues. Most emails I would get answers at night but once I made payment was at my door in 3 days. @Ldog is on top of things. I’d go to him first to hash it out.
 
I’m using my protonmail account, I get an initial response back, like when I ask for an order list- once I send in my order I stop getting any replies.
 
It’s like this. If you have an issue, hit me up. I’ll get involved. Remember, this isn’t amazon,GC is closed on weekends and folks have day jobs and families. Gearchurch is on other boards and has an excellent reputation in this game. Are we perfect, absolutely not but we strive to be the best sponsor in the game. I’m sorry you had an issue. If I can help with anything, you have my info. Can we kiss and make up now:)

GC has always responded with 48-72 hours to me depending on weekends and Holidays…

That said, their customer services is 110%… and their Rep is pretty cool minus the whole Navy thing😍!

Damn @SpencerCortez… You were an Uber? I must have missed that one. 😂 You need to get your vet tag. Thanks for the rides. I appreciate everything you did. Especially “Sweepers, sweepers… Man your brooms give the ship a good sweep down…” You know the rest. 😂
