Slow response is normal, I’ve never not gotten an order. On my 3rd order, still waiting for a confirmation that it’s been shipped, but ppl got to understand , no one is sitting around breaking bad style brewing gear. Folks have jobs, kids , wives , divorces and other shit happening. I don’t care for the slow ass responses, but I’m an impatient dick, however @GearChurch has always always hooked it up. Sorry bro, golden. My fault really, I don’t like to bug ppl and blow them up, so I use other resources, didn’t want to be that guy being annoying… however he’s ok with it, so next time I’m blow that shit up thank you though.
Nah just bug the shit out him, he’s ok with it, emails get lost with numerous ones coming in, that’s exact words. Even with the delay my shit here within 7 days max

Exactly how I felt, just so many emails coming in, it puts old ones at the bottom, and gets looked over. Now we both know lol. I have no complaints . He’s always straight up and with it, so I have not gone anywhere else.
Had nothing but great customer service and response time since the one issue I had. Great products and am extremely happy with everything from Gearchurch
