Gonna deviate from plan a bit and up volume instead of deloading. Week was great. Tryna cut out some of the junk food I’ve been eating. Too much Uber eats and Sonic.
Missing a couple days this week, but it’s a bonus resensitization week, so I’m not sweating it. Deload is next week. Gonna close out this log soon to gear up for cut next year.
Weight is up a bit, like a pound maybe two? Junk food has been high so that make sense.
