For all you guys with the awesome lats that stick out without flexing, I’m jealous of you. Out of all the areas see grow, this is the area I feel I struggle getting to be seen from my front. So what exercises are you guys doing to give you those beautiful wings? Thanks dudes.
 
Meadows rows.
Yates rows.
Lat pull downs.
Lat cable pull downs
Bent over rows.
Pull-ups. Lots of them. Before workout. After workout.
Dead lifts
Dumbell rows

I mix these all up. 5 sets 10-13 reps for volume training
5 sets 10-3 reps pyramid intensity training.
 
I use several exercises but I feel the lat pull down and bent over Smith rows really do it for me. I can post earlier this year pics it’s all I got as I just got back into it @Brock82

Thanks i think the green shirt pic is where i was really peaking out on my run… Vascularity on my forarms… Fkn neck poppin and everything…wish I would have took the shirt off on that pic…i might have one more… ill add to editing @Brock82

That run was simple. Test 600… Tren a 100 eod …every now and then id do tren 150 on the day…if i felt the tren was much id lay off for 2 days and back on àt 100 …sorry … reading notes on it…
 
I did start the cycle with prop. Along with the tren and TE…as a jump start. Some advice against the prop in the beginning and say use it at the end and drop the e to start your PCT sooner but it’s the user’s choice on that… As far as the tren no I did not run it the whole cycle. I ran it for 5 weeks at the beginning then hopped off and went straight test.

Very nice. I just received my order today of Tren A and Mast P. Already on a low dose of Test C at 120/wk. I’ll be starting off slow so I get used to the compounds. I feel the Test has already done me solid so this is gonna be a fun ride.
 
Right on brother… that’s a whole nother topic as some use the tren higher than the test and vice versa once again user’s choice. <<<<<Of course you already know this. My secret which is not a secret is I do not lift heavy. As of right now im running test 600 and deca 300…but im about to raise the test and add eq starting tomorrow… I believe im raising the deca too… I ran dbol 50 for 10 days but it started fucking with my liver either that or it’s this new job I got and it’s the consonant chainsaw fumes I’m inhaling but I did drop the d-ball… On top of that just rice and chicken… oatmeal eggwhites… Thats it bro… And a fucking real homemade shake and your good…

That sounds fanfuckingtastic! I’m gonna run the Test 300, Mast 400 and Tren 200. It was recommended by the rep who’s been pretty great at giving me advice in this arena.
