I called outta work today,mentally I couldn’t handle it,kept waking up dreading it,so fuck it,plus I work for my dad,he understands,or atleast he says he does.So no cheese steak for breakfast @anabolic_geek,matter of fact, I havent ate shit yet today, just water,I’m not even hungry,the past few days I am sure I am in a caloric deficit,which sucks,but I’m not force feeding myself.I am gonna do tris and traps in a bit,I will make some eggs,fake sausage,and fruit afterwards,I better be hungry at that point.what are we eating and lifting today?

It does that’s my positivity about it I am looking lean and muscular just need to start training again and I will really look good gotta get some testosterone and proviron soon
 
Today is chest focused upper body day! I can’t wait to get into the gym after my morning stand up call. I just got my 6.3k steps done with my morning walk. Also, I found some leftover proviron so I went ahead and added that straight away.

Today is open faced egg sandwiches for breakfast, turkey/pastrami wrap with fries for lunch and lean beef tacos for dinner. The app cut my carbs from 265/day to 225/day, so preparing for the suck to start.

Look @Bigmurph I see my first future pickle,the plants in the garden dont even have any yet,but this one in the bucket does.

It’s a cucumber, then we change them into pickles I hate cucumbers,but love pickles
 
Back to the doc for me today. Still feel fucking awful. Sending me for blood work and chest X-ray since I’ve now developed a productive cough. Testing me for adult mono also. Fucking great!
 
Feel like hammered shit today. No idea what’s going on
