I called outta work today,mentally I couldn’t handle it,kept waking up dreading it,so fuck it,plus I work for my dad,he understands,or atleast he says he does.So no cheese steak for breakfast @anabolic_geek,matter of fact, I havent ate shit yet today, just water,I’m not even hungry,the past few days I am sure I am in a caloric deficit,which sucks,but I’m not force feeding myself.I am gonna do tris and traps in a bit,I will make some eggs,fake sausage,and fruit afterwards,I better be hungry at that point.what are we eating and lifting today?
