Hi motherfuckers.Breakfast is two yogurts, can a tuna plain, vanilla protein shake, strawberries 1 bowl of raisin bran, water. Not lifting this morning, gonna do it later.
Wish me luck, pray, whatever it is,I have a Compensation Review with the VA today,at 9 am,basically I put in a claim for PTSD in 2013,and i got a 80% rating,so i receive money once a month,I’ve never tried to up it,I’ve been told a million times by other vets to try for a 100%,so I finally did,if I get 100,that money goes up considerably also it means No property taxes, which would be outfuckinstanding.

@John, best wishes for today brother!

Break my fast at 0930 with 246 g egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 2 flour tortillas, 2 breakfast sausage. Made 100% sure I took my pills this morning, yesterday afternoon I got really edgy at work, and already dealing with the bullshit weld I had to make added a little stress and anxiety. Doctor last night was good, weird, I don’t typically feel comfortable talking to people, especially people I don’t know. I don’t make
Eye contact, I avoid things, but last night just going through my experiences in life and her taking notes about everything from the last 41 years, it was really easy to talk. I cried when I talked about my friend being murdered, and I don’t even cry in front of my wife, or daughters… I think this is going to be a positive thing for me going forward!

VA loves 90%. I’m rated at like 140% total but the VA found a way to make it 90….Good luck man. PTSD and 100% have certain criteria they use like unable to work, cant maintain personal hygiene, severely isolated, can’t form relationships or keep them…. I still brush my teeth and get a hair cut now and again which disqualified me from the hundo….

I’ll let you know how it goes, not that I’ll have a answer right away…

You’ll get it. I’m pretty sure of it. It will work out in the end. Don’t give up. I had to go back a couple times to up mine. Just be persistent in your goal. Check on your sleep too. Ask for a sleep test. That will also help in the long run. Sleep apnea is a common case in most with PTSD.

Answers to claims are now 4-5 weeks. They have been doing a lot better lately.
