Wow it’s been about 2 years since I’ve posted anything on here. Just stopping in to say hey. Here’s a leg pic for my boy John I know he misses them. I’m sitting at 240 here leanest I’ve ever been at this weight. Prep is under way for nationals. About 18 weeks out.

Thanks everyone. Sorry the loss of John hit me really hard. As most of you might remember I
Lost Matt porter about two years ago. Getting that phone call from his business partner made my heart sink. And I’ve been sick to my stomach. It brought up everything I felt when Matt suddenly passed.
