Hmmm a long walk, I didn’t think about it that way, I usually envision nailing him once in the teeth, him falling back off the porch, my woman crying, and him gettin in his junkass fuckin Buick Lesabre and driving away.
 
Would not want to be him on that day. I imagine if he is doing that he is so drunk he probably won’t remember. He’ll wake up on your front lawn with a massive headache wondering what happened to all his teeth.
 
I hate setbacks. My foot is still numb and my calf is tight all the time. I can’t even do calf raises with my own body weight with it. My opposite leg I can do them just fine. I am afraid to do any squats or deadlifts or anything that puts downward pressure on my lower back. I know I am loosing my gains big time. Only thing I can basically do is machines.
 
Do you keep records? I imagine you are probably in fam court if he threatens her they will usually pull custody from the one showing violent tendencies.
 
My woman saves everything.but he’s somewhat smart, has only verbally threatened, but in the texts he threatens to go to the police and say that I molest her and I’m abusive and I don’t let her talk to or see her dad.
 
Child Services has already been to our house cause of him, I’m sure it’ll happen again. And he can go to the police all he wants, my cousin is a local cop and my uncle is a statie, they will both stick up for me.
 
Sounds like a real POS he has nothing else better to do except harass people who are living their life while he’s putting around in his janky ass Buick making his rounds lmao

On a brighter note, since @Dirtnasty started this as a positive thing, and what a surprise, I transformed it into negativity. I used nandro base/tne 50/50 over a hour ago and I feel it, bp is up some and I get warm, so to do some bi’s/forearms,preacher curls, hammer curls, a rope tied to a piece a broom stick with weight on it as one of forearms exercises.
 
That sums it up, and I’m not sayin I’m mr.law abiding nice guy,but I’m far from a fucking turd.
 
I been away to much I know I got work plus three transmission jobs and two more kenworths to work on plus wifeys car I have to get them side jobs when they come cause it’s feast or famine
