Lol I was like where is this story going lol

Get back on meal plans. No matter how busy life gets always plan on it. Pack extra bag of protein shake just in case that happens.

Proud of you keep it up.
 
Honesty is the best policy, I love the fact that you don’t ever quit… you get sidetracked temporarily but then you jump right back on it. Just get it done brother, you have what it takes and a great coach to help you along the way. Keep grinding
 
He’s been a great client. I have to keep his blinders on because he sees a squirrel and he’s off chasing it lol. But he’s come a long way and I’m proud
Of him. We have a lot more to go in this journey but he never quits

So great news…apparently i am in the 200 teens…so i went to tbe doc yesterday to get my scrip refill and i didnt want to do the whole triage deal…but i did…so i got on their scale it said…226…so the student went to write it down and said wow good job!

I was like what…

You lost 12 lbs…in a month he said…

Well how much did i weigh?

238…

so i know their scale is always off and i was waring my coat this time and keys and everything in my pocket…the last time i know i wore a t shirt and a light sweat pants on the first of april…so i was like hmmm…

So that was motivating and all the stuff i was doing yesterday…made me even more determi ed to get gym in

So here comes 11 pm…made it in my gym…turnt tbe sound on

Nothing…

So i went chasing that ordeal for over and hr to come to the conclusion that the one set i could lead the sound audio out from like i did before into the receiver is all the way now mounted across the room…the other two closer set…one only has optical out for audio and the other…the original remote is missing to change from tv speakers to external speakers

So there…@phd proven to be dead on…i always knew i have too many distractions and i will get redirected in a hot minute. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

So to touch on that very thing that happened last night actually 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Now the weight thing …

So i decided to get on the scale and it was steady at 218.2. …this means the over a week if solid training i missed i would say i gained about 3 to 4 lbs back …while the finally solidly below 220 is great…very bad that i slipped up and gaine back lbs…but this is great cus i will not want to get back over 220 so now i will be more determined…things are moving in the right direction still

is the key. Proud of you for doing your meal plans and workouts. Also weigh yourself in the morning before meal one.
 
Yes i did this morning. The meal preps helped a ton…i am battling rice though…thats been my biggest problem. I realize and have accepted i am a carboholic…the rice leads to other carbs and deserts…here and there but WAS becoming more frequent so this week i have moved to just proteins and veggies and rice on the weekend is a trial run now…thats why before i cut all carbs…cus its like a recovering alcoholic during rehab…to say just one glass of wine a day is dangerous! 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂

Follow ur plan bro. I don’t have you on a protein only diet. I can change your rice out for another carb but I need you to follow plan. Let me know this when you send your update (suppose to have sent last week but still waiting lol)
 
Ok…ok yes yes…i will switch to brown rice…i hadnt all this time .though i bought alot of it…u just looved the jasmine 😂 i have plenty of that white rice sitting in the fridge…so i will continue to add it in…to use it up

Yes. Its very reassuring i sure was not feeling it but this is good news in this journey of my overall goals. So now that i am aware of a weigh number and how close i am getting…gives me a point of reference… i guess every now and then a weigh is needed for confirmation and point of reference to progress from. Had i had know that over a week ago i was actually 214-215 solid i would have dampened with greater efforts the distractions that came at me

We are slaves of our minds…we set our own limits…a limitless mind…that doesnt include harming ourselves or others…less in defense from another attempting to harm you…
